Use Audience Tags to manage your Audience

Read our overview into what Audience Tags make possible within Searchie Hub

🧰 What You Will Need

  1. A Searchie Hub (Start plan or higher)

  2. Audience members

What can I use this for?

Audience Tags allow you to organize and manage your Audience. You can also use Audience Tags to control content visibility by using Audience Tags as Segment filters.

Audience Tags should not be confused with File Tags, as both are used for different reasons inside Searchie. Audience Tags are used to manage Audiences, whereas File Tags are used to manage media files.

If you want to attach the same Audience Tag to many people, you can use the mass import tool or bulk actions inside the Audiences tab to tag multiple people in one go.

Step 1 - Open the audience profile

Navigate to the Audience tab of your Searchie account.

Find and open a profile you want to assign an audience tag and click on it to see all the details about that person.

Click Audience Name

Step 2 - Assign an existing audience tag or add a new one

Scroll to Audience Tags and click Edit

Edit Audience Tag

Select an existing tag or type in a new tag name to add and assign. There is no limit to the number of Audience Tags you can add.

Choose or Add Tag

Once you've added all your Audience Tags, click Save. You can revisit this Audience Profile to adjust the tags at any time.

Save Tag

Step 3 - Create a segment using Audience Tags

If you'd like to use your Audience Tags to filter and segment your audience, you can use your Audience Tags as a filter condition.
