Searchie Copilot is a groundbreaking content workflow tool that streamlines the process of recording, transcribing, and sharing content. It offers immediate summaries of the file and the ability to ask open-ended questions, utilizing conversation context to deliver pertinent information. Additionally, it generates promotional content such as tweets.
Generally, Searchie Copilot acts as an assistant to the Searchie account owner, helping create descriptions, summaries, key takeaways, tweets, and more by asking the right questions.

Searchie Copilot is available for each file in your Searchie library. To access this incredible feature within your Searchie account, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 - Locate Your Media File in the Library:
Open your Library and find the video or audio file you want to generate AI suggestions for. Next, click on the dropdown menu (three dots) of the file to open Copilot.
Note: Currently, Copilot exclusively supports English.
Step 2 - Wait for your AI suggestions:
After activating Copilot, scroll down and you'll see a message indicating that the data is being processed. You can close the slide-in and continue working within your Searchie account while Copilot operates seamlessly in the background.
Step 3 - Engage with the Copilot Chatbot 🤖:
Once Copilot completes processing the data, open Copilot the same as mentioned above or by clicking on Copilot in the file options. From there, you can instruct the Copilot chatbot to compose a quote, a summary, takeaways, tweets, and more. You can ask any question based on the context, and Searchie Copilot will provide you with a relevant answer.
Additionally, you can add prompts that you frequently use which is an absolute time-saver!
Creating custom prompts:
Step 1 - To create new prompts, click the Prompts icon in the bottom left.
Step 2 - Click Add New Prompt to create a custom prompt of your own. When complete, click Save.
To access your custom prompts, click the Prompts icon as described above, these prompts can be accessed across your entire library in all instances of Copilot! 💪
