Cancelling Account VS Pause Plan

 

 

Taking breaks is essential for maintaining productivity and overall well-being and sometimes, time just calls for it. This is why we designed the Pause plan for you so you can take that much needed break, whether it be an extended break or a need to regroup and refocus on your business.

 

When you cancel your Searchie account, all your stored data will be erased automatically and removed from our database. However, with the Pause plan, you have the ability to keep your data — uploaded files and created hubs, and readily access again when you return back and reactivate your subscription. 

 

While on the Pause plan, full data access is restricted, however, you can still log in the platform and view all your information. Your hub, widgets and embedded players won't work, and you won't be able to upload new media files, but when you join back, everything will be as you left it, including the plan that you originally subscribed to (in case this subscription is discontinued).

When your plan is paused, we'll automatically save all of your progress so that you can pick right back up where you left off!

 

Yes, but for only $10/month, the Pause plan will hold your spot in the Searchie database. 

You can pause your subscription indefinitely. We will wait for when you are ready to to resume your subscription.
