What You Will Need

  1. A Searchie account

  2. Some feedback or an issue that needs solving

Step 1 - Navigate to the Help tab

Access the Help tab by clicking on your profile icon on the bottom-right.

Step 2 - Give feedback or talk to the team

Choose the Feedback option to be redirected to our Canny site to give feedback to the product team or click the Support button to chat directly with our support specialists. Additionally, click Academy to be brought to the Searchie Academy to view a collection of training content and more.

Step 3 (Support) - Choose an option from the menu

The menu items available to you will depend on your recent actions in the app and help you find exactly what you need to keep moving forward. Search for an article, check our status page, or start a conversation with a support team member ready to serve you.
