Avoid audio and video lag in Extension recordings

Try these steps if you've noticed the audio and video of your recordings are out of sync with each other

• Restart your computer

• Uninstall and reinstall the Extension

• Close any unused tabs/apps

• Check your computer's memory - if your device is low on RAM, this could be where the lag is coming from, closing all unnecessary applications can help

• Check your computer's battery level - we recommend recording when you're plugged into a power source

• Check your upload speed - a good estimate for recordings is 5mbps to record successfully

• Use a stable internet connection
